Immunization Clinic Every Second Tuesday

Clinton Township Fire is teaming up with Franklin County Public Health to host an Immunization Clinic at Township Hall, 3820 Cleveland Ave. on the second Tuesday of each month through the end of 2023.
Appointments are REQUIRED. You must bring a shot record, insurance card/form of payment, photo I.D., and any custody/guardianship papers. To make an appointment, click here or call (614) 525-3719.
