Through partnerships with several agencies the fire department offers several free safety and health programs.
Free Smoke Alarms: Working Smoke Alarms Saves Lives
The fire department has partnered with the American Red Cross to offer FREE smoke alarms to the residents of Clinton Township. All smoke alarm manufacturers recommend replacement after ten years. The fire department can install up to three FREE smoke alarms per residence. Please call 614-471-8924 to schedule.

Clinton Township Community Health Action Team (CHAT)
The Clinton Township Community Health Action Team (CHAT) is a partnership between Franklin County Public Health and Clinton Township. Our CHAT Coordinator from Franklin County Public Health is Kevida Bowry. The co-Chairs from our Township are the Clinton Township Fire Chief, Brian Fraley and Clinton Township Trustee, Jess Jessberger. We are always looking for engaged residents to participate in the group! Contact Chief Fraley or Trustee Jess Jessburger!
The Clinton Township CHAT started in 2019, and in 2020 we hosted our first Produce Market. We have worked as a collaborative to leverage resources and address the needs of the community.

We are always looking for Clinton Township residents to join us at our monthly meetings. The Clinton Township CHAT meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 4:30-5:30pm; odd numbered months at 3820 Cleveland Ave. and even numbered months at 999 Chambers Road.
Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose Screenings
Both stations offer free screenings. For Station 61 please call 614-471-8924 prior to visiting to check availability of personnel. For Station 62 please call 614-695-5111.
